In December 2014, the company president Gongguang Lei went according to schedule two countries Equatorial Guinea

and Nigeria, and respectively in these two countries to the company’s project site visit guidance and sympathy for overseas

employees.

    During the inspection company Equatorial Guinea Project Department, as well as consolidating the total project officers

were invited to participate in overseas Equatorial Guinea’s Annual work summary meeting for 2014. In the meeting, Lizhong

Jie manager for Equatorial Guinea made a detailed presentation and summarizes the construction management process and

lack of experience, and the 2015 work plan to do a report. For our overseas companies in Equatorial Guinea’s achievements

    Gongguang Lei president to visit the project site field trips, visits to the various subprojects Mbini project, greetings frontline

staff. He gave the fully affirmed, and pointing out that in future work to continue to strengthen construction management, strictly

regulate the construction of safe and civilized, while the details of construction, but also put forward higher requirements. President

Gong visited the workers’ dormitory and canteen, he pointed out local African poor sanitary conditions, everyday cleaning and

disinfection must do the work to ensure a good living environment.During a visit to a machine shop, asked in detail about the use

and maintenance of machinery and vehicles for the problems identified in the equipment supplies departments for registration

ledger, various manual and mechanical vehicle maintenance records timely filing, good use of mechanical vehicles maintenance

work.

    After inspection of the project in Equatorial Guinea, President Gongguang Lei held a project manager internal forum. He

gave a full recognition for Equatorial Guinea’s project, thorough analysis of the domestic and international situation, and made a

fervent hope for the project managemen team. He raised two requirements for Equatorial Guinea at this stage for the case,

one is that Mbini project almost finish, so the project staff will concentrate on doing clearing work; Second, actively explore

the market, and establish a brand image in Equatorial Guinea.

    After Equatorial Guinea inspect, president Gong went to Nigeria branch. During Nigeria, he inspected in Kebbi State gravel

plant, and reached a "common cooperation, mutual winwin" collaboration with local partners. Meanwhile, he did aspects of

exchange and communication with Chinese companies in Nigeria, and made a clear division of Nigeria as well as the future

development direction of market development. President Gong affirmed the hard work of all branch staff pay and job
