Autumn is the harvest season in September; in September 1, 2011, the company
successfully won the bid Shazikou New
Rural Residential Community Rhythm and Yihe Xingyuan A3-03, A3-04 District Heating
Project. The project is located in Shazikou, Laoshan District; and is the first
heating project in Laoshan District following the acquisition of GB2 Grade
Pressure Piping Qualification; the bidding price is 1,581,119.09 Yuan.
Exciting news comes one after another. In September 15, 2011, the company was awarded
the bid Qingdao High-tech Zone (the first
phase) Heating Pipeline Project in 2011. This is the first heating project
since the company entered into High-tech Development Zone District market; the bidding
price is 19,112,894.54 Yuan. Company leaders seized the growing opportunities
in this District, utilizing the favorable conditions, taking the initiative,
highlighting the overall strength of our company.
One week since the winning of High-tech Zone Project, in September 22,
2011, Xianggang Road (Fuzhou Road to West Outer Ring) Asphalt Overlay Project Jiaozhou City was awarded to our company, the bidding price is 30,539,172.09 Yuan. As one of
the main roads in Jiaozhou City, Xianggang Road is damaged seriously;
therefore the staff separated the work into two processes after on-site
investigation, scarifying and overlaying. The main works for this project
includes road pavement removal of approximately 16,000 square meters, 2,901
square meters of asphalt concrete scarifying, overlaying about 268,340 square
meters, asphalt sealing (crack width less than 1cm) 15,668.2 meters, installation of road kerbs approximately
5114 meters and 5,247 meters boundary krebs , tree protection kerbs about 789
meters, sidewalk pavement approximately 15,133 square meters. This is another
large-scale municipal project the company achieved in Jiaozhou, once again
reflects the strong power of the company, and also explains the trust of
project owners.
During the Sports Meeting held by the parent
company, the personnel in marketing department were busy preparing the bidding
documents with the other staff. Exciting news flied to us in September 27, 2011
that Landscaping Project for Six Roads inBaoyuan Road,
Hi-tech Zone District was awarded to our company. The project is located in
Qingdao Hi-tech Zone District, landscaping for East of Route No.2 and 5 Line, East
of Line No.31, Baoyuan Road (east of No.10 Line) the cost is 7,639,119.40 Yuan. The main works include
excavation works, backfilling soil, planting, tree excavation and holes filling,
alkaline draining works, greening work, maintenance and planting works. The
successful bidding for this project help us to explore landscaping market in
High-tech Zone District, once again confirms the wise decision of leadership
and outstanding ability of its staff.
The next day after the winning of Hi-tech
Zone Landscaping Project, good news reported to us that Pipeline Network Project Outside Dongyi Cogeneration Power Plant in Qingdao was awarded to us, the bidding price is
1,581,119.09 Yuan. This bidding marked a successful conclusion for projects in
September.
