After three successful bids in June, the company wonanother bid on 15 July, 2011. The company was awarded the Second Section of Municipal Road Comprehensive Improvement Project (secondphase), the bidding price is 58,573,212.32 Yuan.
The Project SecondSection of Municipal Road Comprehensive Improvement Project (second phase) isthe largest one in this year, including the inmrovement of Renmin Road, Heilongjiang Road, Wan nianquan Road and ancillary facilities. The project spansfour regions (South of Qingdao, North of Qingdao, Sifang District and LicangDistrict), the main works are carriageway scarifying and asphalt overlayingover damaged roads, manholes and roadside inlets replacement, sidewalk pavement,underground power lines.
This project embodies the spirit of hardworking, diligence, prudence,cooperation of our staff. Only four days from the issue of tender document to bidopening, in just four days the Marketing Department prepared the technicalproposal, price quotation together with staff in the Cost and ContractDepartment and other technical personnel. We successfully completed the preparation of bidding documents in spiteof short duration, lacking of personnel, working overtime. Maybe the mostdifficult thing is the adjustment of cost two hours before deadline of bid, weapplied the method of dividing works, process to ensure the timely preparationof new bidding documents after collective decision. We hope new and senior staffwork together for the more difficult tasks in the second half of the year, andbrand our company into a first-class enterprise!
